RE.:Covid-19 (Corona Virus) Preventative Measure to Protect Our Patients

As you are aware there are now confirmed cases of the Corona Virus in Namibia.

Therefore, Windhoek Eye Centre has taking preventative measures to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff.

The following protocols were implemented with immediate effect:

• Patients must disinfect their hands when entering our practice
• All staff must wear facial masks at all time while in the practice
• All staff must disinfect their hands before and after handling patients or any personal items of patients
• All surfaces will be disinfected on a regular basis including door handles, working surfaces and bathrooms
• Physical contact is prohibited for example shaking of hands
• Only one family member will be allowed to accompany a patient
• Please try to obtain a distance of one meter from another person
• 8ou are advised to postpone your appointment if you experience fever and / or coughing
